Mermaid Siam Co. Ltd.’s objective is to build quality, full-service FECs that will command the approval of the predominantly LDS community which it serves.

Currently, there ARE no quality FEC’s in Bangkok, Thailand, or the surrounding areas (for a radius of 50 miles). The company believes that by entering the marketplace first and by establishing quality facilities, it will become, and remain, a leader in the FEC industry in the Mermaid Siam Water Theme Park Hotel.

Our proposed site is the 200 acres running along the west side of the Interstate, with three planned future (roads) accesses/easements. The entire property is zoned commercial and the owner has stated that he supports our project and will carry a contract. Phase 1 would place our FEC just north of the other existing commercial establishments.The latest traffic figures report an average daily traffic count of 30,685 cars exiting and entering the interstate at this junction and the interstate (north and south bound) carries an average daily traffic count of 56,490 cars. 3.1 Service Description
The ability of Mermaid Siam Co. Ltd. Investments to accomplish its goals and lead the local
family entertainment industry depends upon the expertise and social conscience of the
management team. Our management team understands these facts and several members of
our management team have been recognized in the past for their outstanding community
service and involvement.
3.2 Future Services
Mermaid Siam Co. Ltd. Investments will expand its family entertainment activities during its first year of operation, by adding bumper boats, go-carts and other attractions as discussed elsewhere in our plan.
To further increase revenues and public attraction, Mermaid Siam Water Theme Park Co. Ltd. Investments is working to establish several other entertainment (outdoor) activities that will be put in place using revenue-sharing programs, such as the Skycoaster
Personnel
The operation will run for 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, from mid-May to mid-October 2016.(This time frame should be appropriate to your climate and region.) In addition, teenage and/or senior aged people will be employed to help during peak demand times. These will generally be evenings and weekends. These employees will act as course “rangers”; assisting customers,
helping at the concession stand, and maintaining a clean look to the business.
The business may seek the services of various professionals as the need arises.
Design & Construction Mermaid Siam Co. Ltd. has been contracted to provide design and construction management expertise. In this capacity, they will be responsible for the overall site plan, including parking design, clubhouse architecture, landscaping, septic and drainage issues, and presentation of
the site plan for the Town of Mermaid Siam Water Theme Park Hotel , Bangkok, Thailand will bring together the experts they need in order to develop a well-integrated plan that allows for future growth potential.
Competition

There's only one water park in Bangkok but it’s very old. Then less people will go back again, for now it is old and nothing new came to the attention again. Theme Mermaid Siam is a character that will be part of much of the marketing of the facility. She will appear on the sign, print advertisements, website, shirts, and company literature. She will not have a major appearance on the miniature golf course itself but will be throughout the facility.
While on the course, we want our customers to feel like they are in a natural setting. She will be on at least one go-kart body and on the back perimeter netting in the batting cage. Lighting and sound will be very important to the overall feel of the site. Adequate lighting must be provided of course, but not overly so. Many small, targeted landscape lights will be used to
highlight key areas, such as the waterfalls. As for sound, we will have speakers hidden
throughout the park. The volume level will be such that it will offer a pleasant background, but will not in any way interfere with conversation or the sound of the water rushing over the waterfalls.

This is essential Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm (tourist markets will have different peak and slow periods). The amount of utilization during these 30 hours per week can be the difference between a nicely profitable business and a tremendously profitable business. The industry experiences about a 35% utilization over a full season and many operators do not promote these slower period hours as much as they should.
